Additionally, in my experience, several amenities suffered from neglect—like a broken shower door and an issue with not having water one night, which can be quite frustrating. The bed base had unsightly stains, detracting from the overall comfort you're seeking.

I also expected some kind of complimentary gesture for all the trouble I endured, but no such luck.
